Toolkit Mainstreaming Gender In Development: The Pacific Way
In 2023, the Pacific Women Lead at the Pacific Community (SPC) programme (PWL at SPC) is testing the new Pacific Gender Mainstreaming Training Kit with SPC staff, key stakeholders and contributors, to ensure content is relevant and ready to be officially launched by 2024.
This innovative learning product has been developed to support the delivery of gender mainstreaming training in Pacific Island countries and territories. The training kit, which contains four modules, has been developed with input from gender experts across the Pacific and around the world, and is informed by decades of practical experience in delivering gender mainstreaming training across the Pacific. Applying the practical learning activities and tools in the training kit will assist development practitioners to effectively apply gender mainstreaming in their work and programmes.
