This report was prepared by the International Institute for Energy Conservation (IIEC) for the renewable energy and energy efficiency partnership (REEEP) and the Secretariat of the Pacific Community. The REEEP-SPC PICs Energy Auditing and Appliance Labelling Project (PICs EEAAL Project)  project aims to progress the implementation of National Energy Strategic Action plans of Samoa, Tonga and Vanuatu in the areas of EE and EC, and this study aims at undertaking a situation analysis and feasibility study on the impacts of introduction of EE S&L programmes for appliances, equipment and lighting products in Samoa, Tonga and Vanuatu.
